Scott is the original founding partner, has 15 years HVAC experience. Currently serves as Chief Executive Officer overseeing sales, administration, service and installation. Certified in residential and commercial duct design, certified as an expert trainer. Recognized as an ethics leader in small businesses by Rotary Club, Chapman University, and Bremerton Chamber of Commerce. Involved in local community as a member of Silverdale Rotary Club, Silverdale Chamber of Commerce, Boy Scouts of America, and is an avid Bicycle Rider and serves as Vice President of West Sound Cycle Club. He is married with 3 grown children and an 15 year old at home that keeps him busy.

Mike McElroy
Technician/Co-owner

Mike is an owner, he has been in the technical services for over 30 years. Mike has electrical administration and journeyman licenses, attended various specialty certifications, is NATE, EPA certified. Specializes in the technical and services ends of the business.

William Ferrall
Install Manager/Co-owner

William is an owner who has over 20 years of HVAC experience. He is currently managing the install and service departments. His specialties include; residential retrofit, light commercial, boilers, sales, customer service and keeping a smile on everyone’s face!

Adam Derr

Comfort Consultant

Adam grew up in the HVAC industry, he has been with our Sales Staff for 6 years. He is NATE, EPA, and Trac Pipe certified and a Master HVAC license. He has a MBA from University of Southern Indiana. Specialties include; custom homes, system replacement, boilers, radiant heating, heat pumps, light commercial and duct design.

Tim, Kitsap’s own Elvis tribute artist, has 9 years HVAC experience, has been with us for 13 years. Tim graduated from Brudvik Refrigeration majoring in HVAC and is continuously taking courses to keep abreast the current HVAC technology. He has a Universal Refrigeration license, and is Trac Pipe, EPA, L&I and Low Voltage certified. Specialties include; gas, electric and oil furnaces and hot water heaters, heat pumps, air conditioning units, boilers, and gas fire places. He REALLY does a great Elvis impersonation – just ask, he’ll “croon” an Elvis song for you!!

Jerry Gibson is our resident electrician, who has been with us for 6 years. Jerry is a Certified Journeyman Electrician, licensed with the State of Washington for over 20 years.

Aaron is a lead installer, who has been with us for 7 years. He is Trac Pipe, EPA, L&I certified, and a Top Gun installer. Specialties include; custom homes, commercial construction, boilers, retrofit installations, and custom air filtration systems.
