Dear Adam,

Since your company installed our Fujitsu Mini-Split A/C and Heat Pump on November 16, 2009, we have not run our baseboard heaters. We used 600 fewer KWH’s than last year (December 2008).  Our bill for Dec. 2008 was $220.00 versus our Dec. 2009 bill of $146.09. Quite a saving in both power and dollars! We highly recommend the unit and highly recommend you, Adam as the excellent salesman you are.

My wife and I recently purchased a heating and cooling system from your company and wish to let you know our experience with the staff in your company.

First, we would like to express our satisfaction in the equipment itself.  With the variable heat pump, new furnace and the air filter added, we have, for the first time since purchasing our home 17 years ago, been happy with the uniform temperature we now experience even with our difficult to heat tri-level design.  Our temperature bill has been reduced even though it has been less than one month in operation and the improvement in the air quality in our home has been dramatic.

We would also like to express our appreciation for the staff that installed the equipment.  They accomplished the switch-out from our old system in only one day.  They were professional, answered all our questions to our satisfaction, and left our home cleaned up and orderly.

Please pass along our thanks to the installing staff and especially to Barry who provided us with all the information required and made us feel very comfortable from the first day we talked until the final installation was completed.

Dear Sir,

Mr. Fairbanks was courteous, answered my questions on the furnace warranty, operation and thermostat functions. He hauled away all of the old furnace,  packing, and  extra sheet metal from the install of the new furnace. He left the area in the basement clean and tidy. He was a real gentleman and your organization is lucky to have an individual of such dedication and skills.

To Whom it May Concern:

The installers who came out were Alan Fairbanks & Arron Smith. They were not only courteous and professional, but they installed it in a timely manner & explained how to operate the unit if the pilot light or gas went out. To top it off they completely cleaned up their trash & removed our old water heater upon leaving.
