I wanted to thank you for the excellent
service provided by you and your company on the recent heat pump
installation performed at our home. Your installers were knowledgeable,
friendly, and courteous.
We are extremely pleased with the system you
specified for our home. The American Standard high efficiency heart pump is
quiet and does and excellent job of heating our home. After receiving the
costs, I can safely say that this is a transition we should have made long
ago.
All of the people we worked with from your
company were excellent. I was quite frankly amazed that each day the work
crew did a thorough clean up, leaving our house cleaner then they found it.
You had said that your company offered superior service, and after our
experience I can agree with that 100%. Thanks again for everything. We will
be recommending your company to our friends.

Dear Sir,
Mr. Fairbanks was courteous, answered my
questions on the furnace warranty, operation and thermostat functions. He
hauled away all of the old furnace, packing, and extra sheet
metal from the install of the new furnace. He left the area in the basement
clean and tidy. He was a real gentleman and your organization is lucky to
have an individual of such dedication and skills.

The installers who came out were Alan Fairbanks & Arron
Smith. They were not only courteous and professional, but they installed it
in a timely manner & explained how to operate the unit if the pilot light or
gas went out. To top it off they completely cleaned up their trash & removed
our old water heater upon leaving.

recent American Standard dealers conference, held at Skamania Lodge, in
Stevenson, Washington. This award denotes superior sales, service excellence
and an unparalleled commitment to customer satisfaction. The award process
is handled by Gensco- Albina, a Tacoma- based distributor that is the
exclusive Northwest distributor for American Standard, in Washington,
Oregon, Idaho, Alaska, and Montana.
Quality has been a frequent recipient of the American Standard "Soaring
Eagle" award, which denotes excellence in performance, including four of the
previous five years. This is the first year that the "Top Performer" award
has been given. Scott Park, company president, said, " We are extremely
